Microsoft Translator fala em português

Fiz uma verificação e consegui adicionar o idioma pt-BR, Heloisa

Sugiro que faça o seguinte.

Faça o download da ferramenta
Microsoft Speech Platform - Server Runtime (Version 10.2)
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=10208

E da linguagem desejada em:
Microsoft Speech Platform - Server Runtime Languages (Version 10.2)
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=21924


Em seguida faça a instalação do software e em seguida da linguagem, reinicie o computador.

Clique em Iniciar / Na barra de pesquisa digite Regedit e pressione enter.
Acesse a chave.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech Server\v10.0\Voices\Tokens
Clique com o botão direito do mouse na subpasta
TTS_MS_pt-BR_Heloisa_10.0
Clique em Exportar.
Deixe como nome: Heloisa.reg e salve na área de trabalho.

Clique com o botão direito do mouse e escolha Abrir com...
Selecione o Bloco de notas.
Será aberto o conteúdo abaixo.

Clique em Iniciar / Painel de Controle / Speesh Recognition ( reconhecimento de fala ) /

Em Seleção de voz, será apresentado o idioma português Brasil.
